It isn't every day that you're invited to design a home like this. One Off was commissioned by senior designer Daryl Serrett to collaborate on custom furnishings for this romantic lakefront property. ​

The scale of this project is indescribable. The light fixtures in the living room are six feet tall. The art wall that we fabricated and installed was a balancing act, accomplished with help from Philip Buschemi.
Custom lantern
Hanging high from the living room, these pendants have a gothic twist and a warm glow.
Crocodile table
The tops are custom cast in bronze with the texture of crocodile skin. The live edges of the steel shelves have been laced with bronze over steel.
Chain link ladder
Antique ship chains interlock into this rolling ladder.
